Tension Headache

Hi had tension headache on my temples and back of head for 4 years anyone else got this and know of any good medication?

I take Esgic for tension headache. Helps me pretty good.

I have suffered from headaches all my life. I have tension, migraines and sinus headaches. When I get a tension headache, it seems to go down into my neck and shoulders. I have been taking soma and it seems to help. Of course, I can't take it and do anything, but if I am able to lay down with it, it does seem to help. I can take codeine sometimes and it helps but then other times, it seems to make the headache worse.

I get headaches from too little sleep, too much sleep, no coffee, hunger, wine, and so many other things too numerous to list. Only a fellow sufferer can relate..
