There are a lot of social media forums that have taken over these older formats. I started here in 2006 and by the time Covid hit, I had switched to Facebook forums to which there are thousands of members. There remains other forums from PCRI, Zero, AnCan, etc. But the most favorable look like they are now in SM and mainly in Facebook. I see many former HW members there these days. Which of course is good news from the survivorship standpoint. Not as good for HW though when I was here a lot it was much busier. I donā€™t think it was anything that happened here that drew people to the SM method. If you go inbto Facebook and type in Prostate Cancer in the search, there are a lot of options and forums to join. I think this saturation of options is the cause of decline here.

I havenā€™t been able to log in here for weeks, though Iā€™ve been a member since 2012. I finally created a new ID and password.

Now I added my profile. It seems it appears even in the older replies.

Signature capability was an omission when this site changed to the new system but the old signatures were copied with posts. Signature capability was added back recently but the historical posts were not updated thus the double signature when looking back.

Not sure it would be worth doing anything about now. Should it be a historical record or updated when changes are made? Or both? I get a headache trying to think about such complex things in retirementā€¦
