I see the Forum has been redone. I couldn’t log in with my usual pw, so I created a new one. I can’t edit my old posts.

You need to do a password reset on your original account. Due to encryption, original passwords could not be carried over. Everyone must first do a password reset.
That’s exactly what I did. I requested a pw reset and changed my password. I never changed my userID. I can edit this, my new post, but not my old posts, which I can only delete. It’s a little odd, but I can live with it.

How do I edit my display name? It is showing my account email name and not the alias I have been using which is underneath.

On the main (top level) Forum page, at the top right, click on the circle with your initial and (current) Display Name. Then go to Preferences (top right). You should be able to edit your Display Name there.
I am not able to edit Username, only picture.
It inserted the first part of my email when resetting password.
It’s going to take a minute for me to learn how to navigate this. But, I feel like it could be a good change.

In this section of YOUR PROFILE is a line that says FULL NAME & Optional. You can click the Pencil to Edit and remove the Full Name part.
Testing…..if you’ve changed your email address in the last 10 years and no longer have access it, you have to create a new account with a new username. All prior posts are officially “not yours”
I changed the password, apparently OK. Testing now. Now, I cannot see who posts. I cannot figure out what every small circle content means. What happens with the profile? Have I to write it again?
I hate this type of major updates.

Look for your user name in the upper right. Click on it and see the other options. Profile button is the last on the list.
No wonder nobody posts. I can’t even see an option to post.
