I get severe dizzy spells with terrible nausea, just waves over me. my doc thinks its related to sinus pressure, although she really hasnt figured it out. I never know when its coming, although some days i just feel worse to start out with. its been almost impossible to work, get out, etc. anyone else experience this or have any advice?
