weakness in arms and shoulders

This is something that has come over me over about 3-4 months. I have had both knees replaced and also have fibro
so do not know which it is. I cannot even pick up much any more. Which really bothers me when it comes to my 2 yr old granddaughter. Anuone else have it  where then went to arms?? I also have it in my spine and have DDD.

Diagnosed January 2005 - Psoriatic Arthritis/Spondylitis
-Currently taking 50mg shot weekly of Enbrel
Diagnosed May 1998 - Graves Disease
-Complete Thyroidectomy September 1998 - While 11 weeks pregnant
Other Complications - GERD/Scoliosis/Hiatal Hernia/Graves Disease of the Eyes
Current Meds -  Enbrel/Prevacid/Synthroid
Past Meds - Inderal/PTU/Prednisone/Voltaren/Feldene/Mobic/Cortisone and Steroid Shots

Hi Pam:

I had terrible pain in my right arm that felt like muscle spasms and also sharp shooting pains in my shoulder.  My MRI showed degenerative disc disease and also bone spurs in the cervical spine.  I took Zanaflex for the muscle spasms in the arm, Lortabs for pain, and also Arthrotec.  This combination has worked well for me until a urine test showed I have kidney disease and was told to quit taking all the meds until the cause for KD was found.  I go for the last (I think) test tomorrow and hope I will be able to resume the Athrotec again.  By the way, I am 52 and was diagnosed with OA last spring.  I had always been healthy and active until then.  Now it seems like I drag myself around a lot.  I also work full-time as an administrative assistant.

I know I have bone spurs and degenerative dd in my lower back so proably has moved up. I go see my MD Jan 17.

My chiropractor has also been working on it and it seems to help.
