Peer support for people living with bipolar disorder — sharing experiences with mood episodes, medications, routines, and the ongoing work of finding stability.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, have been living with bipolar disorder for years, or are supporting someone who is, you are welcome here without judgment.
This is a peer support community for people living with bipolar disorder. Members share experiences with mood episodes, medications, sleep, routines, therapy, relationships, work, warning signs, and the ongoing work of finding stability. You can read quietly or join in when you feel ready.
A few things to know:
- This is peer support — members share lived experience, not clinical guidance
- Medication and treatment questions are welcome, but always work with your psychiatrist or care team before making changes
- You do not need to explain yourself perfectly to ask for support
Start a topic whenever you are ready.
If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please contact emergency services or a crisis line. In the US: call or text 988. This community cares about you and cannot provide crisis care.
