There is no such word as can't. Can't simply means wouln't. Grab as much as life as you can. Future is a long way away for those who don't believe. Don't build a foundation of life on sand. It will take it away with the tide. Love a little more, be unkind a lot less.

To be honest Sue, I feel that too. I don't know why but I just don't post too much of my problems anymore just because I had a bad experience with this forum and felt like no one cared. I used to post a lot and reply a lot but the people that I genuinely cared for and replied to barely gave my posts a second look. That kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Also I started seeing little "cliques" forming where they would only post and reply to each others posts and not to others. I'm sorry if I missed any of your posts Sue. You are a very good friend and very caring.

I think the biggest issue is life. Each of us goes through the challenges of life differently. I know that even as a moderator there are many posts that I don't respond to. Most of the time it is just because I don't feel like I have anything to add that is of worth. I also know that things always slow down during the summer. I find it more difficult to get back to the forum as often as I do during the winter. Don't get discouraged, it is just a cycle of life.
We can respond to irritation with a smile instead of scowl, or by giving warm praise instead of icy indifference. By our being understanding instead of abrupt, others, in turn, may decide to hold on a little longer rather than to give way. Love, patience, and meekness can be just as contagious as rudeness and crudeness.

Hi SC . . . I sure hope you'll be feeling a LOT better when your grand child is returned. This has been a LONG month. Sorry you are having such a rough time.
Hello again Sue: As S.C. and Randy have said, sometimes I don't feel that I have anything helpfull to add to a post, so I don't respond . . . but that never means that I don't care about that member's problem. I hope everyone understands that. But if someone has a question like this, its good to share it and get some feedback.
Blessings everyone!

I kind of feel like no one really notices when I say something. I can see the "cliques" here as well. I am not really feeling in a "sharing " mood right now but I will try once more later.

scaredy cat,
You certainly don't have anything to feel guilty about. I don't believe anyone is directing these remarks to you. I certainly am not. I appreciate the way you respond when you are up to it.
take care!

I'm sure not aware of any clique's. I thing that sometimes two members do 'click' and therefore feel abel to respond to each other's pain. I hope that there is nothing wrong with that. But I have read most every post on this board for the last couple months and have not noticed cliques.
I sure wouldn't do anything intentional to hurt anyone's feelings. I try to respond if I feel I have something to add to the topic. Many of the drugs and conditions, I just don't know anything about. I hope I haven't allowed anyone to feel 'left out'.
Blessings!

I don't feeel that there are any clique's here. I believe like you said summer, vacations and people so involved with family. Hopefully things will get back to normal (whatever that is). No admission of clique's here. I been there and done that!

I just read everyones posts. I'm still here but I havent found a solution to my mood swings yet. I've switched to celexa and I'm so nautious plus coming off of Paxil I got the electrical shock brain thing going right now. I've been on Wellbutrin, Lithium, Zoloft, I don't even know if they can help me. It's harder and harder to shut off the negative voices in my head, that no one likes me, that I'm a crappy mother, that my family hates me, that I just don't get what life is about, that everyone I meet doesn't like me before they get to know me, that everyone is against me, especially at night I just cry myself to sleep a lot. I'm so so so tired of this and I'm not sure how much longer I can hold on. I've been missing a lot of my appointments at BHR and my counselor is so upset with me I think she hates me too. I just feel like everything sucks. I've tried everything, medications, I work out, I jog in the sunlight, take my vitamins, don't know whats left to try. I even joined a gym and its torture to go, I don't like how people look at me. I just don't want anyone to look at me anymore. I've been in the hospital with a mental breakdown twice and I'm not ever going back it sucked. When I try crisis lines, all they suggest is "you should go to the ER" do doctors really know anything about depression other than how to drug you? Why is it this way? They can put people in outer space but they can't figure out how to stop a sad person from crying?

WOW--
I'm SO SO SO Sorry, I hope that I wasn't one that made anyone feel neglected. I had to make some adjustments in my life and I took on a whole new career as of July 5th. July 3rd was my 1 year wedding anniversary with my second husband and considering the events that have taken place in my life this year I have just decided that I needed to break away so that I could start a new chapter in my life.
Now that I have started to get things a bit more re-organized and stablized with the new chapter I am really hoping to get more chances to respond to those that need encouragement and need to have an extra set of eyes/ears to get them through the day. In all honesty I probably wont respond everyday but I have been reading as often as I can.
Healing Well has the BEST support forums I have ever seen and really is the only forum I have read since May. If any of you ever want to email me, please feel free, even if it is just to vent. Contact me at lizabuczek@hotmail.com
I do include you all in my prayers, I needed to have you there for me when I was going through rough times and you all were so good to me, I just want to be able to repay you and pay it forward....
Please forgive me if I hurt your feelings it was completely unintentional.
Hugs to all of you
Liza

Liza,
Congrats on the Anniversary and NO WAY did you offend anyone. I still go back to what Rosie said. We are all going in different directions and our lives change every day. I just didn't want the "newbee's" to feel left out and Rosie is a good one for that and she stay's on top on that list. She's good about new members. I haven't seen or heard anything from Ginny. Hope she is OK.
