I understand there is a lot of hype on the net and I'm sure a lot of these "proclaimed" treatments don't even work.
That is why I need your help. To find out what does work and what worked for you.

You won't find anyone on this board who has used "alternative treatment only". There are some of us who used it in conjunction with conventional treatment. I wouldn't know where to tell you to find what you are looking for.
