What an awesome piece! Is Donna one of ours? It was nice to see another multiple survivor. I often don't post because this is what I do on a daily basis year in and year out. But eight years of fighting the good fight and I'm still here.
Although I weigh more than I have in years, or maybe ever, seeing Donna in a bikini was inspiring. And the honest sex conversation was refreshing. Donna, like our JulieJar, let the world in on some of the feelings no one but us knows.

Yes, It was a good show. I don't know that I ever heard Donna's last name before. She could have been one who passed through during the years of breast cancer board activity. I, too, thought of Julie when they talked about sexual feelings. I know some of the YSC women who were instrumental in the beginning of the program were at one time board members in the other hood. Lori Atkinson always comes to mind when I see YSC. Michelle Sackett was a member, too. Those are the only names I can think of now. I pay dues every year just to do my part in helping the organization, and I get all kinds of communications, even though I am not a "young" survivor. Jackie you are one of the best survivors I know. You have been absolutely amazing. Awesome.
