My daughter has been diagnosed with GERD but she does not have heart burn or any
of the symptoms associated with GERD other than a chronic cough. Her cough is so bad she vomits.
I saw an article in Good Housekeeping talking about the Plicator procedure and how
it helped a patient with her chronic cough, they performed the Plicator procedure
on her and her coughing went away. She didn't have any of the symptoms that
usually go with GERD either. I wondered if is a permanent solution or if the symptoms returns. Has anyone else experienced the cough with GERD?
