I have seen advertising for this new yogurt called Activa. It is suppose to help your digestive system when used for 2 weeks. Does anyone know anything about this yogurt? I was thinking of trying it for my GERD but I want to know more about it. Any input will be appreciated. It would be nice to think something like yogurt would help.
