Hi, I was Diagnosed in 2025 with Osteoporosis. I am almost 65 and have had pain in my knees, tail bone, hips and worst of all in my neck, on and on for several years.
I was immediately put on Alendronate (1) tablet a week. As well as Cal/D3 and told what to eat. I do low impact walking cardio, stretching and weight lifting that's ostiofit. I believe this all is really helping.
However I want to know if this med is helping and how long I will need to be on it. I also have Ulcerative Colitis and take meds for that.
