Hey everyone!
Ive got another question. Is it possible to get a migraine just from looking at a bright light? I was at volleyball practice and they have these huge hanging lamps in the sports complex and I jumped up and looked directly into the light and when I landed I got a shocking pain right above my right eye. (It had been mildly hurting all day, and right before looking into the light I had felt kinda nauseous) It then hurt into my temples and it was POUNDING so I laid my head against a cold surface and it helped...it eventually went away in about an hour but it was SO weird!! All I wanted to do after was pound my head into something it hurt so bad! What the heck was that?!?
Hi Blondie. The answer is yes. Bright light needs to be avoided. Take care. later....

Yeah - it might be a good idea to visit a neurologist so they can help you find the right treatment and dianose what kind of headache you are getting. The correct diagnosis is crucial to making the headaches go away!!
