I won't go on about the damage tanning beds can do to your skin 'cos you already know that, right?

Anyway, tanning beds shouldn't be a problems. I know several ostomates who have used them. Some prefer to use a wet flannel over the top of their stoma to prevent any damage to it, but apart from that, there shouldn't be any problems :)

I know all the bad that comes with the tanning beds and the sun.

I dont go alot but I am very faired skined and if I dont get a start of a tan in the bed, the sun will burn me, and burn me, over and over I wont tan. so if I go to the tanning bed a few times the sun wont burn me so bad. We have a pool so I am always out in the sun when I'm in the water. it makes me sick to be in the sun too long if I'm not in the water.

So I'll becareful and Thanks for the tip. I wouldnt have thought of a wet cloth on it. Good idea!!!
