Hi All,
I watched a televison program the other day "Living with Depression" and they advertised a website that you could download an antidepressant skills workbook for free. I'm at the point I'll do anything to get better!
So if your interested here's the website:
The workbook is a pdf doc. (Adobe) so I suggest that you use the "read outload" tool in Adobe so you don't have to print out the whole booklet and only print out the worksheets. That's what I'm doing. You go to the view options in the top toolbar and then select read outload. It's best to choose read to the end of document so that way you can pause or stop the reading at anytime rather than going page by page.
Hope this helps!
OhSoSad
just bumpin back up!
I have slooooooooow dial-up ~ ha ~ but maybe by tomorrow it will finish downloading, but I'll let ya know when it does and just the fact that you say it's "pro-active", I like that.
Hope to get back to you about it, but I'm watching it now take forever to just download page two.
I'd like to read the whole thing, if my ISP will allow. Ha. Slow dial-up is an understatement.
Thanks NoSoSad,
:)
