CFS or something else?

Hi everyone,
I was hoping to shed some light on symptoms I've had for the past eight years.

It first started off during a very stressful time of my life after breaking up with a long term partner. At the time I was working in a very polluted city in Asia in a stressful job and had taken several rounds of antibiotics to try and cure a sinus infection. I remember one day feeling more tired than I ever had before and I have felt fatigued ever since.

I am just about able to hold down a job but it makes all my symptoms worse and life just feels like a battle.

In order of severity, my symptoms are:
Fatigue
Brain fog
Depression
Anxiety
Dry eyes
Sinusitis
Sore throat
Acid reflux
Hoarse voice

I recently found that my thyroglobulin antibody levels are very high so am hoping this may lead to a possible solution.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated 😊
What testing have you done infection/viral wise?

Taking any supplements/using anything for detox support?
Not a doctor - so this isn't medical advice. It's entirely possible you have a chronic fatigue issue, or severe depression. However, high thyroglobulin levels can be a strong indicator of hyperthyroidism. That can absolutely make you feel exhausted, as well as other unpleasant symptoms. Thankfully, it's pretty easily treated - you most likely need to see a specialist, though.
