Saw the hematologist today and she advised me that I should stop Rinvoq as it is causing me bleeding and bruising. She mentioned that I can take the lowest dose when I informed her that I have no other option left except Rinvoq. However, taking only 15 mg is not controlling my inflammation and I have been flaring up for more than a month now. When I up the dose, I would bleed.
During my last visit to my GI, he informed me that he doesn’t want to switch me to Entivyo as it is not successful with fistulas. Did anyone have any success with fistula healing while on Entivyo? I’m really devastated as I have failed Remicade, Stelara and Rinvoq in less than 2 years.

Minnie, I haven't seen anyone on here mention Entyvio healing fistulas. I went back & read medical studies & there was some newer ones & they all state it's Remicade or a drug like it to heal fistulas. Sorry this has happened to you.

Thank you, Susie. Yes, I read a lot of research articles and very few mentioned that Entivyo could heal fistulas either partially or completely. The rest mentioned it was ineffective with fistula healing and a lot of times, Crohn’s patients had to undergo surgeries.
