I'm usually on the prostate cancer forum but have had severe elbow arthritis as well.
A doctor said usually at my age 69 men just deal with the pain.
I've had aspiration twice and several injections but no relief so I'm facing surgery.
I'm in pain throughout my body and use a cane.
My question is has anyone had a replacement, is it worth it and what is the recovery like?
I have great fear in not having a working arm for a extended time.

Second biopsy showed increase but all still G6 but second However second opinion at John's Hopkin's showed one of the now 8 positive as G7
One core was 50% one core was 25% the rest low
Started radiation but 4th caused retention to paraphimosis
Settled on SBRT Sept 2021

Seems a long recovery period is upcoming.
