What has helped you the most to combat the fatigue? This has always been my most debilitating symptom besides cognitive issues. I have tried every herb...I have had my hormones checked, my adrenals checked, I take medication for my thyroid and I took herbs for my adrenals but nothing worked. I stopped using adderall for months hoping the fatigure would resolve but now I am back on it because I need energy. I have tried everything I can think of...I have changed my diet...I even tried something called Corvalen which it supposed to give your cells more energy and that didn't work either. It's been 3 years and I have been searching for a solution on the fatigue. Thanks guys!
Nothing makes any difference in this for me either, besides treating the infections.
So frustrating that the old magic of coffee is broken. Are you treating? Do you have insomnia?

Hi , have you also tried the Buhner Chronic fatigue formula for long term fatigue?
He states: all herbs must be powdered.
1. Take two parts(for example,4 ounces) each of spirulina, milk thistle seed, licorice,Astragulus, turmeric, dandelion root, and nettle leaf, and..
2.One part each(for example 2ounces) each of: cholorella, burdock root, ashwagandha, eleutherococcus, bladder-wrack and dried wheatgrass juice.
3. Mix them well in a bowl.
Dosage:I normally take 1/4 cup of the powder, blended in a blender in water or juice in the morning and late afternoon.
The dose can be adjusted accordingly.
The above taken from Stephen Buhner's, "healing Lyme" 2nd edition book.
Check for all side effects and contradictions.

I haven't tried what he says for chronic fatigue. I did take some of the herbs he recommended for chronic fatigue for a while and nothing helped.
I do have extremely bad insomnia but thankfully I found medication that helps me sleep. The medication isn't whats causing the fatigue. This is so hard to dead with. It will never get better until the bacteria is eradicated!
Does anyone take mitochondrial support supplements like L-carnatine, B vitamins, or CoQ10? There is actually a clinical trial using CoQ10 that's currently recruiting.

My energy level increased a little when I cut back on how much I eat, and changed my diet for a while to exclude all meat and eat mostly organic vegetables, raw and cooked, with a little fruit. I also increased drinking purified water.
It increased again when I started the Jernigan treatment of 2 remedies: Neuro Antitox II and Lymogen. I take 2 droppers of each 3 times a day.
Also, the fibromyalgia decreased dramatically. I'm in a comfortable state most of the time.
My brain connects better now than it did before, including short term memory.

I take CoQ10 (when i'm not on the Mepron) and also B12.
I did take L-carnitine for several months...
But fatigue hasn't been one of my issues.
