I'm currently trying to make myself herx to tell me if I have anything. So far, all I've done is Cat's claw for about 3 weeks with not much to tell. I'd like to try it with serrapeptuse as I assume that would have a better chance at causing herx. I wanted to get Nutramedix serrapeptuse until I read on a post here that it was like 4:1 Artichoke extract and not worth the money. Not sure if that's true but haven't seen any other brands come recommended. Any opinions here on?

they are coated and i can take them on empty stomach. I tried other brands and i got sick/stomach pain in the past. Maybe it is also because i was much sicker back then, i dunno ... these i can easily find in local pharmacies in the EU, so very convenient ...
