Hi ... I think I posted an intro a few days ago ... honestly too tired and jittery to double check ... sorry!
Anyway, my name is Apryl and I am the mother of two young children. I have been suffering through depressive episodes for a very long time, but in the last year, they have been more frequent and much worse.
I finally sought help through my family doctor. He put me on 10mg of Celexa (just to take the edge off) until I could get to see the P.
Today is my appointment and I am extremely nervous.
What should I expect? My appointment is at 11:10 am EST, so if anyone could provide feedback before then, it would very much appreciated.
Many thanks,
Apryl
Hi Apryl,
my wife saw one type and i've seen the other(mine is the type that adjusts the meds)lol, honestly i get them confused but either way it's no big deal. you sit and talk about this that and the other. they ask a few questions. they are basically trying to get to know you. hopefully you will feel confortable. they are not there to pass judgement. and IF you don't like them, well, find a different one. don't get too worked up, they are very good listeners and very understanding......i'm sure it will go fine....take a few deep breaths and just say hi...from there the rest will be a cake walk...good luck...let us know how it went, k....
