Well, I finally bought a box of Gas-X, but now I am not sure when to take it? I guess when I feel bloated and full, but not when I am gassy. What will help w/the rumbling?
Exactly. Take it when you get that feeling. The feeling of trapped air is very similar to the feeling of eating a big meal. You can feel nauseas (or not), bloated and full. The rumbles could or could not be gas. It could be water rushing in your intestines which could be a sign that D is coming. I get the rumbles horribly when I am having a D attack. Gas movements for me kind of feel like a slight movement however is not continuous as rumbles are. I hope this helps you a little.

Are there any artificial sweeteners in that? If not, I'll try it - Phazyme doesn't do squat for me. Have you tried Heather's Tummy Tamers? They're great - many uses. Relax your gut for overnight or anytime. You can use them for a pre-emptive strike before a high fat meal, etc. I'm not sure they could do battle with someone's true triggers. I'm sure they'll give different results for everyone, but I recommend them highly.
