Ive had panic disorder 6 years,i got gerd 4 years ago after eating lasgna straight out my mom's oven.Never had heartburn a day in my life woke up sick as a dog.As the story goes Aciphex was a miracle drug,it cured me for the first 18 months than bam.
So last few years back to square one tried all the ppi's now on Zegerid for a few months,i eat bland and still get sick what gives huh.I know the anxiety makes it worse anyone else have both?

The only medcine i can take is xanax,the other ones the side effects were horrible..
I have an anxiety disorder, and I know that when I get tense/stressed/anxious, it exacerbates the GERD, but I also get plenty of GERD when I'm relaxed.
