There are some challenges being presented with the new dietary guidelines saying that salt should be reduced in our diets. Many experts are saying that it's not true-there is no evidence showing that reducing salt in one's diet helps. Interesting...Hugs, Teri

Teri I can onlyhave 800-1,000 miligrms a day and that is low and when i go uot and eat i can tell how salty it is for it does taste so salty when it is oout of uor diets I guess limit it if you are salt senstive and if yuo are not check with yur Doctor.
