Hi,
I made my decision painfully but I had an ab last Monday. The father turned his back on me and so I had to make the decision that was right for me. I was drowning without the support of him. My life turned upside down and I started shutting down. I couldn't sleep, eat concentrate and I shook all the time. I need extra support due to my depression and it wasn't there. I need support in healing and moving on. I will never forget my child but I had to think of my own life. Without me living there would be no baby anyway. I have friends and family to support me and that is a blessing. My fear is to see the father at work for the first time Thursday when I go back to work. Please give me some encouraging advice. Thnak you to everyone who has responded so caringly. My life hasn't been easy but I feel I have to keep on fighting for a purpose.
Beeze
Sorry to hear you had to make such a difficult decision on your own. Please use birth control in the future so this doesn't happen again (hopefully, I know it's not fool proof). Since you work at the same place I would try to keep the relationship with him strictly business, nothing personal at all. You need to put this in your past and not dwell on it. I wish you the best.
Hi Beeze,
It was a brave decision you made, don't let anyone make you feel bad for it, people do forget that there are two involved and when the male runs, no one ever gives him a hard time, what you think is best for you, is all that matters,
All i can say about this Man, is i wouldn't call him a man, so see him as a weed, because thats what he is, i can understand a Man not wanting to set up house, but a Man "not a weed" will at least support you and face his part of responsibility, so Beeze, hold your head high when you see him, you know his nature now, and how weak he really is,
Look after yourself aye

To be or not to Be
Hi Beeze, I am so sorry you had to face this again, but do know that you do have lots of support from us here, your friends. I completely agree with brownleaf this person is not a man at all or else he would of stood up and taken responsibility for his actions. He is a weed as brown calls him and I can think of several other choice names for him that are not very nice. You deserve so much more....take care of yourself
