Herx from b-vitamins, bone broth, and eating liver

When having any of these I have had an increase in symptoms and then being more toxic when I go the bathroom a while after.
All three have B-12 in them, so I think that might be a reason. I guess my B-12 levels are very low and that it starts some kind of process in my body when I get more of it.

I used to be able to have larger portions of bone broth with no problem before and took a multi B-vitamin. Yesterday I took a very small portion of bone broth and felt amazing a while after first, but then it turned worse.
Should I take very small amounts of bone broth over time to increase my levels or can there be something else that can be a problem?

I also had very strong reactions when I tried chamomile tea and turmeric for MCAS recently. I don’t think it’s the histamine in bone broth that is the problem, as I don’t really notice any direct histamine problems.
Is it you who also mentioned recently that they feel a pleasant calm feeling after certain supplements? If I am remembering that right, plus your description of of feeling amazing after bone broth, then it does actually sound like MCAS to me. (I know, not a surprise, since MCAS is one of my major lenses! But bear with me.) For years I adored kombucha because I felt so good when I drank it, almost like a light buzz - very calm and groovy, good mood, pleasantly warm, sense of well-being. Eventually - to my deep dismay - I realized that was part of the histamine response and I was contributing to my overall inflammation by ingesting my beloved kombucha every day. I might be totally wrong, in terms of what is going on for you, but I thought it was worth mentioning that the MCAS process doesn't always feel bad (and can feel amazing!).
Lyme, Bartonella, Babesia, Mycoplasma, EBV
Mold, MCAS, POTS, CFS/ME, HPA axis
Herbs, DNRS, diet, nutrients, EOs
Yes, both quercetin and my massage gun give a lot of calmness after a high-stress MCAS reaction. When I get an MCAS reaction from very high stress I feel awful and importantly it doesn't smell more toxic when going to the bathroom, which it does from this. Same with earthing, so that’s why I don’t think it's MCAS.

During the last 8 days, I have had the biggest computer crash I ever had that have taken multiple days where I thought the whole I lost all my data and then later that I bricked BIOS when updating BIOS. It now works fine after I have replaced a graphics card and done multiple things. This has been very stressful as school, my work and my girlfriend's work depends on this computer.
I also have been to a funeral and a few other things so my stress bucket has been deep under water….
Got to love computer issues.

My laptop didn't start the other day and I totally freaked out.

Turns out it just wasn't charged.

Which is weird, it should work even low battery. It still had like 5% left.

Anyway, I charged it and it started again.

With BIOS I learned it's best to just leave alone after purchase.

It's better to have an outdated BIOS than one that doesn't work.

Unless you need BIOS for overclocking and stuff, then it might be beneficial to have the latest version.
My new graphics card only showed a black screen and a b2 error. The BIOS update solved that. My motherboard is many years older.

I find it very weird that I'm more sensitive now when I function so much better than before in many areas. But when I think back I started with one drop of A-l complex in a spoon. Then one drop of that.

I had about 1/10 of a small spoon of liver yesterday and I'm feeling worse and had a very bad nightmare where I woke up crying. With that small amount It cant be MCAS. It's so frustrating and I just want to go and spend time in bed today, but already behind so much in school so it's another day of working all day……
I have been bad with detox since I found out that Dead sea salt gave marks in our foot bath, but we finally have Epsom salt again, so going to take a foot bath and sauna today.
I also had the "classic" toxic stomach crash yesterday.
