How much is too much on Gas-X?

The package says no more than 4 tablets in a 24 hour period.

Also, does it harm the Gas-X if I drank water from time to time or even ginger root tea? Or do I need to avoid drinking anything and for how long before I can drink something?

If the dosage is 4 tablets in 24-hours, I wouldn't take any more. There shouldn't be any issue drinking fluid with Gas-X.
