I've had type 1 for nearly 30 years and I'm really SICK of it. Is there anyone who knows anyone horrible enough that I could pass it on to them?
Anniek, no wonder you're hating diabetes so much. 30 years is a long time to worry with it. I've only recently been diagnosed with Type 2 and I'm sick of thinking about food and water and sugar levels and sticking my fingers cause it DOES hurt and it DOES get tender. I know you want to slap me since you've endured probably Type I for so long. Go ahead.....but would you really hit someone with glasses? 
about your request, I DO know a few people that you could pawn off your diabetes on but really.....they are so mean already that I think the stress would kill them. They're not as STRONG as we are!

I am sorry..my wife Rose died of a heart attack brought on by years of diabetes..I cry for her often..like I did tonight...I hate diabetes..and I hate her doctors and I hate my rotten life...so you are not alone...
It's so good to hear other people feel the same. My eyes are buggered, my feet are too. But I still get out and play games with my class os year 1 and 2's. Just sometimes, it all gets too much and that's when I need something like this to vent my feelings/anger/frustration.

I have type 2 and I have had it for about 40 years and I hate...hate...hate it!!! I agree with pincushion that it would be appropriate to be able to pass it on to the idiots that stand in the way of stem cell research and also to the pharmaceutical companies that do not want a cure because diabetes is big business to them.
