Sit back and take it slow
I like the way you express yourself. I hope you feel better soon.

To borrow an analogy from another part of my life Danielle, your imagery packs a punch like a twelve pound sledge; compact, but powerful !
It is a real delight to me to have found poetry here on this forum. Particularly on a subject I can relate to.
For a long time I was inclined not to lurk here, I thought it would bring back bad memories and dangerous trains of thought; but instead I find once again that as so often, at the boundary between dark and light we find meaning in life, and life in expression.
Keep 'em coming, you guys...or I might be forced to tell you my home made Xmas cracker jokes
On Poetry "I'm really not a poet, although my toes show it, they're Longfellows"
Ooh, now that's a cracker !
Nice to see you're still on the go Ralph. I've been posting with the Crohnies mainly, too short on time and sleep for my usual edifying stuff !
(That's me with my sleeping cap on, in case you hadn't guessed. Only here during the wee sma' hours...when will Peter come up with a snoozing emoticon ?
)
I'd say I "ode" you all a bespoke Xmas poem, but you'd probably be "a verse" to it's humour...
Excellent!! I think the way you teenager express yourselves in your poetry is awesome!! It's a good way to release. My daughter does the same thing. Keep em coming hun!
