Been looking into getting the Roux n Y for bile reflux after multiple failed fundos. Anyone do this for reflux? Bile seems like it goes right through a nissen if it's primarily non acidic.
Two years post nissen, I still face night reflux which I believe is bile since my throat gets itchy at night and in early mornings.... Skipping dinner has helped me as I normally stop eating 6 hours before bed time.
