I was researching interactions with Rifampin and found that it interacts with my blood pressre and thyroid meds. I also called my pharmacist and stated that taking it more than a month would decrease the action of those meds. I am curious how you guys worked around this situation.

I'm personally not on those med.s so i can't speak to that personally but Dr M (the bart guru) says that Rifampin speeds up your cytochrome P450 enzyme so anything that gets metabolized by that can be effected. I'm not sure if that is the cause of interaction with those med.s, though
