Klonopin

Hi Everyone!

I am amazed at the posts I read.  I say prayers for the people who are also going through what I am.  Life has taken a turn for me--and a good turn.  I walk almost daily and then ride the bike at the gym for 10 miles.  Today, I will receive Acupuncture, which is working for my headaches.

I am weaing off of Klonopin and it has been a real challenge.  The doctors are behind me, but I am not sure they know how this feels.

Has anyone else been able to wean themself off of Klonopin?  I would like to compare notes.

Have a GREAT St. Patrick's Day!  Take care of yourselves.

Fondly, Linda

Sometimes i am me,
Sometimes i am still me.
I split my Klonopin the 2 mg in 8ths that means each tablet is a quarter mg and I am only taking taking 7 pieces I lowered my dose with a quarter mg and already a week and i still feel it
You doctor should be able to give you a plan on how to wean yourself off safely. It all depends on your dosage and schedule. Please call them.

Sharon is absolutely right, you do need to let your doctor know if you haven't already.

I hope it works out well for you.
