Medication Reminders - Has anyone used vibrating watch?

This is to any one that takes medications multiple times a day.

I need to take my medication 7 times a day.  I am having a hard time remembering.  I get busy and forget or am late taking doses, then I get totally off my schedule.  Has anyone tried using the watches designed to vibrate at the times you should take your medication?  If you have, let me know if they work for you?  The alarmed pill boxes are too large to carry around with you in a purse - so I am looking for some type of reminder that is very portable.

Suggestions, ideas and comments are welcomed.

Dear Stella,

I am in the same predicament. I have recently done some research and discovered things like my blood pressure med should not be taken at the same time as my insulin.

Interesting that no doc has ever told me this information.

Anyway I plan on making a schedule.

I had not thought about the part of trying to remember to take them.

The vibrating watch sounds like a good idea, but I have never worn a watch in my life.

I am sorry about getting cut off from you the other night.

Please find it in your heart to forgive me.

I have been busy with my son's birthday for a few days.

I hope we can touch base soon. Maybe you can let me know when it would be a good time to chat or call.

You are in my prayers and thoughts.
Sincerely,
judy
