Still got those fingers and toes crossed? The inspection on my house was today, I was on pins and needles all day. Good news is nothing seems to be a deal killer, thank goodness! Bad news is that the inspector said my heat exchange may be cracked. I have someone coming out on Monday to clean and inspect it, and hopefully give it a clean bill of health. If it is cracked, the buyer wants $2 grand at closing for a new furnace. My agent reminded her that a heat exchange can be replaced or repaired sometimes. If there is a problem, it has to be fixed. No doubt about it. I was so worried they would find other things that would be more subjective, and was releived to feel there was more good news than bad. I think there is more good news than bad, anyway.
The next month will be a total whirlwind, as we close next Friday on the new place, and I have to pack up this house...hopefully move by 12/2, but with the holiday this month and work deadlines that are not negotiable, I am not sure I can take much time off till December to pack up.
Keep those positive vibes coming that all works out with the closing of this house!

Im glad everything is falling into place that will take alot of stress off of you too. It sounds like you have a busy month ahead of you. Dont forget to stop and relax every once and awhile. Have a nice glass of wine and put your feet up.
Hugs:)

Hope all went well with negotiating with buyer. I can't imagine the pressure you guys must be feeling with three houses. Keeping fingers and toes crossed until you say all is well. Hugs MK
Good Luck Lori! Just make sure you take care of yourself through all this - you don't want a cold ontop of everything else!
