Hi All,
I am new to the board, and gerd as a whole. I went to the doctor with chest pains, shortness of breath, etc. (thinking panic attacks/ heart problem), and was diagnosed with gerd. While I am quite relieved that I don't have a heart problem, this too is difficult to deal with. I am grateful that my symptoms are not as serious as some of yours.
