I have missed a few posts, this one included. The forum has been really slow.
I am sorry you are experiencing anxiety and depression. Menopause can really be difficult.
Do you take any medications for your anxiety and depression? I take many medications. My depression is minimal with medications. Anxiety still kicks in frequently. I hope you post again. I will watch for a reply. I am sorry I missed your post.
