Has anyone that has been diagnosed with prostate cancer had any pain in the hips and lower back?
Yes Baum364. My symptoms were urinary frequency, dribbling, and very bad lower back pain. This is a symptom that some men get that isn't that uncommon. Before surgery I had a bone scan that was negative. Back pain relieved after surgery.Have mild hip pain now possibly from hormone therapy. Not a symptom I had before treatment...Best wishes
