Hello my friends
I had PT on Monday, thursday and friday. Friday wasnt good for me pain was up. PT -my knee wouldnt bend beyond 80 degrees. Maybe next week schedule pt tuesday and thursday. See if I rebound from PT faster.
I cant get ahead of the pain today,,Im taking gabapentin, oxycontin 10 mg, vicadin.

I didnt sleep hardly at all last night because of my pain in my left leg.
I have no appetite for breakfast this morning. I can barely walk with a cane.
I will take it easy today.

Hi Betsey I'm sorry that your leg is giving you so many problems. I hope your pain lessens really soon. I hope next week will be better for you as well. Take it easy.

Dx: osteoarthritis, bursitis in left hip, Osteoarthrits in right hip, compression fracture in thoracic spine due to falling on frozen ground March 2001 , ddd, spinal stenosis, bone spurs, osteoarthritis in spine, osteoarthritis in both knees
Meds: Fentanyl patch, oxycodone, otc: BenGay, Tylenol Arthritis on occasion

Betsey sounds like you might have overdone things. I hope you are able to change your physio appointments to twice a week.

I scheduled physical therapy appt for this thursday and I have decided to schedule PT next week on tuesday and thursday.
hopefully that will make me feel better than to feel constant pain.
We are planning on dropping off our 2 shelties at the dog sitter on friday and on early Saturday pick up the motorhome and drive it to our sat. night track and get it ready for us to stay in it sat and sunday nights. We have 2 nights of racing this weekend.
I will hang around my motorhome for comfort sake.
