If you take the stars and ~ thingies out of your signature is will make your posts obey the width rule of the site code. By making those *~* things that way it indicates to the site that it is a long word with no place to hyphenate or split it. The code is not set up to wrap long "words" and it thinks that your *~* is a verrrrrrry long word. You can also help conserve bandwidth by taking out the empty lines or spaces between your meds and diagnoses in your signature. Every little bit helps.
