I am leaving tomorrow morning to drive to S. Calif. I am driving alone and I have never driven alone more than to Seattle and back. YIKES! Anyway, it is about 1200+ miles one way, and I hope to make it in 2 days. With my back and my arm, who knows...
I have some very dear old friends there and family, so I will be bouncing around. ALSO, I am excitied because I get to see Rita again!! I am not sure how long I will be gone, a month or more

I just can't believe anyone would start out on a 1200 mile trip by themselves! Jo-Ann does it, my SIL s both have done it, but there is no way that I would ever do it. Even when I was much, much younger I had several friends who were traveling buddies and all I had to do was say I want to go and someone was there to go with me. You are so brave. I hope you have a cell phoneand charger to keep it working. My prayers and thoughts will be with you. A whole month??????
