Hi, I'm new here. I have been having pressure on the right side of my neck that start out only at night, but now is happening during the day. I have read that it can be related to hiatal hernias, or gerd. I was wondering if anyone here has experienced this? I've posted on a couple of the other forums, but ran across something that said it could be related to a hiatal hernia. Any info would be appreciated.

Is it like the same kind of pressure you experience when being choked?
I get that sometimes, it is neck muscle spasms.
