Reactive hypoglycemia

I have had reactive hypoglycemia for about 1 year. After I eat breakfast, my blood sugar crashes to 40 to 60 within a few hours. This ONLY happens after breakfast. I have Lyme disease and this reactive hypoglycemia started happening around the same time that my TSH started rising. However, when I got on Synthroid and my numbers came into normal range, the reactive hypoglycemia still was there. It is so bad and doesn't allow me to live a functional life. Even eating small meals and sugar to raise the blood sugar only helps a little and even when I get the blood sugar to come back up, I still feel the ill effects of it. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!!
