Recover from Fatigue

Fatigue full recovery within a week.

I have a lot of experience with supplements.

Here is the regimen:

You take 2,000 mg of vitamin C every day. Soon you won't be needing coffee to pick you up (you'll just drink if you feel like it because you will have natural energy).

This will change your metabolic rate.

For those that will try this and give it a week - just respond below that your fatigue is completely GONE!

This is not just a hope....the vitamin C will boost you out of slow oxidation(slow paced metabolism ) and shift you into a faster metabolic rate (faster oxidation levels).

Your fatigue will be cured. Now this may cause some initial anxiety as your metabolic rate increases but you will find less fatigue and less anxiety as well if you suffer from anxiety. Give it 1 week you'll notice a complete flip like MAGIC. Metabolic rate increase will also relieve the depression & anxiety as well as the fatigue. So you will notice a lot of difference.

P.S it must be ascorbic acid form (i use nature bounty )

additional benefits of vitamin C: reduced inflammation, looking better, less anxiety, lowers cortisol stress hormone, boost adrenals more effective than any other supplement, change adrenal pattern to giving you energy from morning and feeling sleepy at night(when you should feel sleepy) you will notice all these things.

if you need to consult doctor about it - you can - but you must do this regimen to be enlightened on how easy it is cure your fatigue and to the realization of how its a must to change your metabolic rate all this time and boost your adrenals
Let me mention 1 more thing I'm doing:

That is staying Gluten Free - this is because if you have allergy reaction to gluten (such as my case of extreme bloating), then your villi in your intestine get attacked by an immune response. This attack on villi causes damage to the villi which normally absorb nutrients; and if they get damaged your efficiency of absorbing nutrients is really low. It takes about 3-6 months for the villi to recover after going gluten free.

So its a good idea to remove food allergens out of your diet. Another clue to gluten intolerance is difficulty digesting dairy products; that is because the damage to villi from gluten cause inhibition of production of lactase which is needed to digest dairy products. After removing gluten over months, your body may properly begin to produce lactase and your ability to digest dairy may be recovered.

Good luck.
Can vit C help if I have reactivated EBV? Thanks
