Any thoughts on how soon I can resume taking multi-vitamins after rads? My doctor never told me to stop(I didn't ask), but I did based on what I've read and what you ladies have said. I don't really feel a difference by taking them or not, but I guess it doesn't hurt. I would just like your input. Thanks.

I never stopped my multi vitamin -- med onc said it was o.k. and so did my rad. (I am not a good eater.)They just wanted me to be sure it did not have much more than RDA of VIT E. So, I say, have at it!

I am an on again/off again vitamin taker, Kathy. Rads were so long ago, I don't remember whether I took them or not at that time. I probably did. I don't feel any differently if I take a multiple vitamin or not. I try to remember it, however, also 1200 units of calcium with Vit. D each day for my bones. Be well. Hugs, Lauri
