I'm so sorry to hear that you're in such pain....I've been there before during a bout of costochondritis plus back pain that hit me at the same time. At that point it even hurt me to BREATHE.
Please vent as much as you need to....I'll be praying that you feel better very soon!
Soft and gentle ((((hugs)))),

Humour is always the Best Medicine!
I hope, by the time you read this, that you are feeling better. Fibro can bring you to your knees. I find that if I take pain meds before I get really bad, they work better. I don't wait until my pain is intense. If I do, then it takes a long time for the meds to kick in. Consequently, on my various trips to the bathroom at night I will take my meds and that helps me have a better morning. I still am stiff and have pain but it's not nearly as bad as it would be if I hadn't kept the medication in my system. You might talk to your doctor about that. I don't know what type of pain medication you take.

Have you been newly dx? I also remember my fibro seeming worse when I started. It is amazing what our bodies will start to get used to. And of course, for me at least, fibro is constantly waxing and waning. You might feel horrible one day and wake up fine the next.
