NOW- I figured out how the loss of the Curse of the Bambino is a GAIN for YOU!
God was hearing a lot of prayers from Yankee fans all over this week but he IGNORED ALL OF THEM except for a very special Yankeefan whose prayers he chose to ANSWER on Friday when YOU get your CT scan.
So think of it as the Team gave this series up for YOU.
Just think...before you can say Saintpaddy'sday Pitchers and Catchers report for Spring training....

I will only admit this to you (I was a Met fan for years. I strayed because that is what my family always watches). This screenname was first my son's. I just took it over, lol. I do like them now, but not enough to stay up all those nights for.

Oh, Vick...I am with Jess....that is why I said I can muster all my positive vibes for YOU, but none for the Yankees. I have been less than fond of NY teams since I moved from NJ to Houston in 1981, and the Mets beat the Astros in that wild Series run that ended in a 16 inning game, not in the Astros favor. Now I am rooting for the Astros all the way, first time ever if they make the Series.
However, all is not lost...my boyfriend will win $150 if the Cardinals win the Series, a $5 bet placed back in June.
For sure the Yankees choked....'er, um, they gave up one for you! I'll be with ya on Friday!
