Hey all!
I am taking MigraHealth which is a combo of magnesium, feverfew and B2....it is much easier than taking all separate! Just thought I would throw in my 2 cents.
Take care and feel better

That's a great story!!! I might have to invest in CoQ10. To be honest, I am at a stage where I am tired of shoving pills down my throat, but hey...if It works!!!

Are these separate pills or one pill?
I call migraines "life-stealers" as they steal precious days away from you. I hate them.
I have been on Paxil for 2 years and it has really helped reduce the number of headaches and the severity of them BUT it has the side effect of weight gain and i have gained 44 lbs and was never heavy before. i work out 60 to 90 minutes 6 days a week faithfully and i keep getting bigger so i tried to get off of it about 6 mos ago and it was a nightmare. headaches came back, i got very very depressed. so i went back up to full dose and i am not doing as well as i was before i tried to wean off. dont know what to do now. i am tired of throwing out clothes and buying bigger sizes.
Any suggestions? I plan to try the supplements.
