My LLMD has acknowledged the Sjogrens I have dealt with for years could be a separate issue now. He also thinks Babesia is making it worse, which is something we’ve talked about before.
He no longer wants me taking cryptolepsis and Babcore, but has prescribed atovaquone and azithromax to treat. Two potential problems arise from that:
I get severe headaches after a few days of taking zith and while the medicines he has prescribed are not hard on the kidneys, wouldn’t the die off of toxins strain already stressed kidneys in stage 3 kidney disease if I start killing toxins? About the only item I can think of to bind or detox that doesn’t stress kidneys in modified citrus pectin, which can cause constipation with me.
There is a new drug named Inalumab coming out, supposedly, early 2027 that helps with Sjogrens. But I need to treat Babesia first because the Inalumab tampers down B cells, which will effect part of my immune system.
Right now, I just don’t know how to keep the die off expected when I start taking the Babesia combination from making kidney disease worse. At a point, again, of being overwhelmed by it all.
Are you sure tamping down b cells will affect your body’s ability to fight off infection? I don’t know the answer to that personally but I took rhapsido for mcas, and I believe it lowers b cells. I asked my lyme doc if it was safe and he said it will probably help my body’s ability to fight off my infections because it’ll prevent my body from spending immune resources in wrong places. It seemed to go fine for me when I tried it, for whatever that’s worth.
just not sure but did you rule out mold ? specialy kidney issus is often a problem when moldtoxins are to much on top for the body. i cant say much about the kidney issus. For babesia you also can think about artemisin. 3 days on 10 days off. Start slow and when your kindey are fine you can raise the dosage. I would maybe also consider quensyl. it has an anti autoimmune process which helps maybe about sergion syndrome and hits babesia and other infections. i think its importatnt to treat babesia, and i always think about the syngergy of differnt meds together, which makes it more potent to treat babesia. my top and strongest agent listen are : -tafenoquine (strongest) -artemisin (high dosages) -cryptolepis -quensyl- atovaquon/was weak for me) -knotweed herbs i didnt try but the also should be effective enula and african peach.
