When to Take Medication (Byetta)

I have been taking Byette for about 3 weeks. I love it. But my numbers are still a little high 135 - 185. I take Metformin (twice a day).


I take Byette 1 hour before meals (Breakfast & Dinner) & Metformin later at lunch. When should I be taking metformin. I have read Byette cancels out some medications. But then there is a statement that said Byette taken with Metformin.



My question is should Metformin be taken at the same time you take Byette or at a different time.
