Depression is something U have 2 push away; spirits of darkness have a tendency 2 B overwhelming. Decide 2 B happy; read happy books; watch TV comedy; listen 2 upbeat music; turn-on good preaching, by positive ministers. Charles Stanley and Joyce Meyer leave their listeners with warm, cheerful feelings. Women, especially, need 2 fight depression;
I think we're more prone 2 lean in that direction: We're sensitive and tend 2 worry or overreact when things go wrong. Recall hearing this jingle:
"Don't worry....B happy!"

Bonnie, How true and good advice for all......
i am so sensitive! if something goes wrong it magnifies my problems a thousand times, where i'm on the floor crying & screaming to myself!! it's so terrible. i wish i could handle things like an "average" person. i suppose it's better to have too much emotion, than too little, though. :)
